About Me
I arrived in the UK from Ecuador in 1994, I fell in love with London and spent many enjoyable days exploring the varied cuisines of this cosmopolitan city.
I then went on to train as a Chef at Waltham Forest College (NVQ3 in Hospitality and Catering) and worked in a variety of London restaurants. All the time hoping that one day I would have the opportunity to show what I am capable of doing.
I now have the opportunity to showcase what I have achieved and will now be producing freshly prepared traditional Ecuadorian dishes that meet high standards.
